Select Create

Version, Period, and Fiscal Year can be chosen under the General Data Selection menu under Edit ->. Select Gen Data -> Select Gen Data

Establish the three leading columns.

For Cost Centers, double-click on the first leading column.

For Cost Elements, double-click on the second leading column.

Double-click on the Activity types heading in the third leading column.

Double-click the key figure with attributes in the next row.

You must create a new row for each additional key figure you wish to include.

Establishment of a Planner Profile

Go to KP34 in the T.Code

Visit the New Entries page

On the left side, double-click the General Controlling button.

Visit the New Entries page

Choose Cost Ctrs: Inputs to an activity or cost element

On the left side, double-click the Layouts for Controlling button.

Visit the New Entries page

Layout, the Integrated Excel check box, and File Description should be selected.

On the left side, double-click the Default parameters.

On the menu bar for the application, select Overview.

Select Save file description, Save Excel layout, and Save to Desktop from the menu that appears.

Uploading a file

Complete the data in the appropriate file type before converting it to text (Tab delimited) format.

Visit t.code KE13. (You can use this specific transaction code for any excel upload in CO, such as KP26, KP06, KP46, etc.)

Give the file’s path and description, then run the file.

F8 or execute
