The latest market research report by independent analyst firm, ARC Advisory Group has once again positioned SAP as a market share leader in the worldwide Global Trade Compliance (GTC) market.

Steve Banker, Vice President, Supply Chain Management at ARC Advisory Group said within the report:
“SAP Global Trade Services is a comprehensive and in-depth solution from SAP” (GTS). Although it already has pre-built connectivity with SAP backend solutions, it may also be used to connect non-SAP systems. SAP GTS is beginning to be sold via the SaaS model and is available to support cloud, on-premise, or hybrid system environments.
The user interface has been completely redesigned… solution offers an updated and simplified user interface (UI) for SAP Global Trade Services as well as one that is in line with SAP S/4HANA’s appearance and feel.
According to revenues, SAP and Descartes Systems Group were listed as the top two providers overall.
